Returns Policy

Items may be eligible for return and refund if any of the below conditions are met:
- The product is faulty
- An exchange cannot be completed due to shortage of stock

Items may be eligible for return and exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days. If the date of your purchase does not lie within this 30 day period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange; an exception may be granted for any products purchased between 1st October and 25th December, which may be returned or exchanged until 15th January of the immediate following year.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it will be processed and an email will be sent to notify you if your returned item has been approved.

If you are approved, you will be credited via the original method of payment within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, despite being notified of approval and the aforementioned amount of time for credit having expired, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded; only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@pj-s.co.uk and send your item to the below address under Shipping.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pyt House, West Lavington, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 4LG, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
